Swallow the tablets whole. If the tablets are not intact, broken or cracked, do not take them.
The dose of Lorlatinib should be taken at the same time every day.

If vomiting occurs after taking Lorlatinib, do not take an additional dose and continue with the next scheduled dose.

What if you Miss a Dose of Lorlatinib?
In case of a missed dose, take the missed dose only if the next dose is not scheduled within 4 hours. Do not take 2 doses at the same time.If vomiting occurs after taking Lorlatinib, do not take an additional dose and continue with the next scheduled dose.
