How to Take Lenograstim and it's Dose


It comes as a solution for injection, to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein or under the skin.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

IV- Neutropenia: The recommended dose is 150 mcg/m2/day starting from day 2 of transplantation for max of 28 consecutive days.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with bone marrow cancer, children less than 2 years, and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Lenograstim

This medication is a recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) used to reduce the risk of life-threatening infection in patients with neutropenia, particularly after cytotoxic chemotherapy.
