How to Take Glyburide and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: PO- The usual starting dose is 2.5 to 5 mg daily, administered with breakfast or the first main meal.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma, type 1 diabetes, and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Glyburide

This medication is an antidiabetic compound, prescribed for type 2 diabetes.
