This medication is an immunomodulator, used to treat multiple sclerosis. It stops the body from damaging its own nerve cells.
Warnings and Precautions
Patient may experience with the following symptoms: flushing, chest pain, pounding heartbeat, anxiety, trouble in breathing, closing of the throat, and hives. If any of these symptoms become severe, consult with your doctor.
Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver or kidney disease, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Keep it in refrigerator (2°C to 8°C); do not freeze it.
