Dosage & When it is to be taken
Adult: Oral- 0.2-0.4 mg 2-4 times/day. Max duration: 1 week postpartum.IV- Excessive uterine bleeding- 200 mcg over at least 1 min, followed by oral doses of 200-400 mcg 2-4 times/day.
When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
