How to Take Echothiophate and it's Dose


It comes as eye drops to instill into the affected eyes as directed by a physician.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: Instill (0.03%)1 or 2 drops into the affected eyes, twice daily, just before bedtime and in the morning.
Accommodative Esotropia- Child: Instill 1 drop of 0.125% solution once daily in both eyes on retiring, for 2 to 3 weeks.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in people with narrow angle glaucoma (increased eye pressure), and hypersensitivity.
