Dosage & When it is to be taken
Adult: I- As dextran 40 (10% solution): 10 ml/kg/day for up to 5 days. As dextran 70 (6% solution): Initial: 500-1,000 ml as an infusion. Maintenance: 10 ml/kg/day 3 days.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
