High Fiber foods: High fiber foods may interact with Liotrix and decrease the absorption of the medication. It is better to avoid taking high fiber foods while taking thyroid hormones.
Multivitamin with minerals: Avoid taking multivitamin with minerals with Liotrix as it may decrease the effects of Liotrix.
Soy products: Soy products like soya milk, soya beans may interact with Liotrix and affect the absorption of the medication. Avoid taking any soy products within 3 hours of taking this medication.

When and How to Take Liotrix

  • Liotrix is available in the form of a tablet to be taken orally.
