Adult: PO – The recommended dose is 30 mg for people who have less than 60kg body weight. Greater than 60 kg/BW: 40 mg two times per day.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, liver damage and inflammation of pancreas.

It comes as a capsule and liquid to take by mouth with or without food.

Hypersensitivity.

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver or kidney disease, sugar, elderly, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Monitor patients for development of peripheral neuropathy.

Redistribution/accumulation of body fat including central obesity may occur.

Avoid excess dosage.

Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from heat and direct light.
Store the oral solution in refrigerator. However, keep the medicine from freezing.
