Adult- PO- The recommended dose is 10 mg/day.

Side effects of Romilast

Most Common : Diarrhea, dizziness, cough, headache, vomiting, stomach pain and sore throat.

♦ Miscellaneous : Hoarseness, itching, rash, hives, fever, flu-like symptoms, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN).

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth with or without food.
