â€¢ Most Common :
Diarrhea, dizziness, cough, headache, vomiting, stomach pain and sore throat.
♦ â€¢ Miscellaneous : Hoarseness, itching, rash, hives, fever, flu-like symptoms, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN).
Adult- PO- The recommended dose is 10 mg/day.
It comes as a tablet to take by mouth with or without food.
â€¢ Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver disease, suicidal thoughts, mental problem, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
â€¢ It may cause drowsiness or dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.
Avoid excess dosage.
