PO- The usual dose is 200-400mg daily as a single morning dose or in 2 divided doses.

Sleeplessness, nervousness, aggression, headache, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal disturbances, palpitations and rash.

It is available as tablets to take by mouth at bed time.

Hypersensitivity.

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of heart, liver, kidney disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It may cause dizziness or blurred vision, do not drive a car or operate machinery.

Avoid alcohol consumption.

Rarely patient may develop with increased risk of skin reactions (eg, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis)with the following symptoms: red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; or blisters on the inside of the eyes, nose, or mouth.If it is so consult with your doctor.

Avoid excess dosage.
