Fatigue, drowsiness, headache, dry mouth, inflammation of nasopharynx, fever, urinary retention, cough and nosebleed.
Adult: Oral- 2.5-5 mg/day in the evening. Max: 5 mg/day.
It comes as a tablet, syrup to take by mouth with or without food.
Contraindicated in patients with end-stage kidney disease and hypersensitivity.
• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of kidney or liver problems, any allergy, elderly, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• It may cause drowsiness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.
Avoid alcohol consumption and excess dosage.
