Adult: Oral- 2.5-5 mg/day in the evening. Max: 5 mg/day.

♦ Fatigue, drowsiness, headache, dry mouth, inflammation of nasopharynx, fever, urinary retention, cough and nosebleed.

It comes as a tablet, syrup to take by mouth with or without food.

Contraindicated in patients with end-stage kidney disease and hypersensitivity.

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of kidney or liver problems, any allergy, elderly, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It may cause drowsiness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.

Avoid alcohol consumption and excess dosage.

Store it at room temperature (20-25°C).
