0.5% ophthalmic ointment: The recommended dosage is every 4 hours during day and once before bedtime.
As 0.1% solution: Instill 1 drop hourly. 4 times/day, continue treatment for at least 7 days.
Eye : Irritation, inflammation of the eye or eyelids, pain, sensitivity to light, itching and eye swelling.
It comes as eye drops to instill into the affected eyes.
Hypersensitivity.
Caution should be exercised in patients with history of other eye problems, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Avoid long-term use.
Avoid excess dosage.
Store it in the refrigerator but do not freeze.
