Adults: Subcutaneous- 3-times/week dosing: 150 units/kg 3 times/week.
Children: IV- Weekly dosing: 600 units/kg/week (max, 40,000 units/week).

High blood pressure, muscle and joint pain, flu-like syndrome, rashes and hives.

It comes as a solution for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider under the skin or into the vein.

Contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled hypertension and hypersensitivity.

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of blood clotting problems, cancer, sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, porphyria, blood clot events, heart attack, infections, seizures, stroke, tumors, heart disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It may cause seizures; do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.

Avoid excess dosage.

Store it in refrigerator (2-8°C). Do not freeze.
