When is Pantoat -D prescribed?

It is prescribed for -

What should be the dose and frequency?

Adult: Oral- Nausea and vomiting- 10-20 mg 4-8 hourly. Max: 80 mg/day.
Non ulcer dyspepsia- 10-20 mg 3 times/day and at night.
Migraine- 20 mg 4 hourly. Max: 4 doses/24 hour.
Rectal- Nausea and vomiting- 60 mg twice daily.

What are the common side effects of Pantoat -D

Most Common: Headache, dizziness, dry mouth, nervousness, irritability and leg cramps.

Respiratory - Chest pain and irregular heart beats.

Genitourinary - Difficulty in urination and breast swelling in men and women.

How to use Pantoat -D?

It is available in various forms like tablet, drop, suspension, capsule to take by mouth, on an empty stomach.
