Contraindicated in patients with severe heart disease, mental disorder, who are taking alcohol containing preparations and hypersensitivity.

â€¢ Caution should be exercised in patients with history of diabetes, thyroid disease, epilepsy, brain damage, kidney or liver disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Avoid alcohol consumption.
Monitor liver function and complete blood cell counts regularly while taking this medication.
