Desonide(Desowen) generic Desowen is a topical corticosteroid, prescribed for atopic dermatitis (eczema), seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis and contact dermatitis in both adults and children. It works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching.
