Dosage & When it is to be taken (Indications)

Adult- IV- The usual dose is 50 mg once daily.
Child- A single 70-mg/m² loading dose should be administered on Day 1, followed by 50 mg/m² once daily thereafter.

Heart : Rapid heart rate.

Gastrointestinal : Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain and vomiting.

General : Chills, inflammation, swelling and fever.

Central Nervous System : Headache.

Respiratory : Cough and shortness of breath.

Skin : Rash.
