Adult- IV- The usual dose is 50 mg once daily.
Child- A single 70-mg/m² loading dose should be administered on Day 1, followed by 50 mg/m² once daily thereafter.

It comes as a powder (diluted with solution) for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein.
