Revefenacin is a prescription medicine used for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Chronic means long standing. COPD means progressive lung diseases like emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and asthma.

Revefenacin is contraindicated in patients with allergy to Revefenacin or any of it’s components
Revefenacin is available as oral inhalation solution.
One 175 mcg vial contains 3 mL solution to be used once daily.
Standard jet nebulizer is used to take revefenacin.
Take revefenacin as soon as possible, but skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not use two doses at one time.
• Monitor patients for any increase in liver enzymes and bilirubin.
Respiratory: Cough, Nasopharyngitis, Upper respiratory tract infection
General: Headache. Back pain.
Do not take revefenacin in case of sudden, severe or acute COPD
If bronchospasm occurs, discontinue revefenacin
Glaucoma patients should be careful as it may get worsened while taking revefenacin
Patients with prostatic hyperplasia or bladder-neck obstruction should be cautious while using this drug.
Revefenacin reacts with the following drugs in various extents:
Anticholinergic medications
Rifampicin
Cyclosporine
Store Revenfenacin tablets at room temperature (20° to 25°C).
Tablets must be protected from direct sunlight and excess heat.
