Contraindicated in patients with heart failure, pheochromocytoma (neuroendocrine tumor), who are taking monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors and hypersensitivity.What is the dosage of Guanethidine Monosulfate?
Adults- The recommended initial dose 10 or 12.5 milligrams (mg) once a day.Children- PO- 0.2 mg/kg/24 h (6 mg/m 2 /24 h ) as single oral dose initially.
