I know someone who was positive for H. Pylori before. This time, breath test came out negative but IgG, Abs (1.8) and IgA, Abs (.96) are high. IgM ABS is .80 His doctor says that it only shows that he had H.Pylori before and it remains in the system. But, it is noticed that he smells like ammonia (plumbing oil type). The smell filters thru clean clothes. It is a concern that there is nothing remain undiagnosed such as cancer or other infection. What to do?
