HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Organising Committee has secured accommodation at the Congress
Venue and nearby Hotels at specially reduced package
prices.Applications for hotel accommodation must be made on the
enclosed hotel reservation form or through website on or before
June 1,2003.Any request for accommodation after the deadline will
be subject to availability of rooms.

LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request,the organizing committee will issue a letter of invitation.The sole purpose os the letter is to facilitate the delegate's travel and visa arrangements.The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.
