When doing nothing in particular a student can practice a simple exercise to keep the mind well
focussed and relaxed.
Take a fixed point or keep a board with a dot and gaze at it with eyes open. After five minutes
close the eyes and visualize the point or any object that you fancy like -a flower or a bird in
front of the closed eye or third eye.
Starting from five minutes it can be extended to ten minutes. He should visualize and rotate the
