Color Meditation

Meditation relaxes the body and quietens the mind. Take time to look inside yourself and calm your mind. Hold your attention to one color that you are drawn to, and meditate on this color. The practice of meditation enables a new experience, making the spirit feel fresh.

Other tools used for color healing include Gemstones, Candles, and Prisms etc.

Color healing not only works on the physical level but also on a spiritual level. It forms a link between our physical bodies and the finer forces of vibrations. This takes us to higher levels of consciousness leading to spiritual growth.
