Ingredients

Pepper - 2 Spoons
Cumin seeds - 2 Spoons
Cooked Rice - 2 Cups
Ghee - 1 Spoon
Salt - To taste

Method

  1. Cook the rice
  2. Saute pepper and cumin seeds using ghee
  3. Powder them in a mixer
  4. Add melted ghee to the rice
  5. To this add the powdered pepper and cumin
  6. Add salt according to taste
  7. Mix well and serve
