Ingredients:

  1. Barley flour – 2 cups
  2. Rock salt – 1 pinch
  3. Hot water – Sufficient quantity

Preparation:
  1. Roast the barley flour for few minutes.
  2. Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead the dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out individually into thin chapattis.
  4. Roast the chapatti on a heated pan, on both sides till it is cooked completely.
  5. Smear some ghee.
  6. It can be served along with suitable soups prepared with green gram.
