Cashew Balls


Ingredients
  • Ground Cashew (coarsely)- 1 Cup
  • Granulated palm sugar- 1 cup
  • Ghee – 2 spoons
Method

Take a pan and melt the sugar. Add the ground cashews to it immediately. Stir them continuously till all the cashews are coated with the sugar mixture. Then grease your hands with ghee. Make balls out of it by taking small amounts of the mixture and rolling it. Allow it to cool. Store it in an airtight container. It can be taken whenever needed.
