hi i am mirza my bp is alway at 150/100 my medications are not helping me in lowering it. The sodium level in my blood is more and the potassium level is less. What can i do to get it in control.

I'm 45 Yrs old My B.P. is 110/165 and Blood Sugar Fasting is 93mg.

this is amitbhorhan@gmail.com. I am 34 year old boy. i am suffering from high blood pressure. normally during the last three years my averege b.p. remains at 140/90 to 150/100. the doctor has given me telmaAM and olsarAh. what i should do. and tell me the reason of high b.p.
