Cobbler Sit

This is a special exercise in the squatting position that relaxes the pelvic area and makes it flexible for the birth of the child. This strengthens the muscles of the outer hip and helps to relieve the pain in the pubic joint.

Steps:

  1. Sit on the floor.
  2. Bring the soles of both the feet together.
  3. The legs are bent at the knees.
  4. Press the knees towards the floor and hold for a few breaths.
  5. The spine must be held erect and hold the feet with your hands.
  6. Slowly, tense the muscles of the back or the seat muscles for a few breaths.
  7. Slowly, relax them.
  8. Maintain this position for a while and relax.
