Hemodialysis International has received its first Impact Factor, which was announced by ISI in June 2011. The Journal ranks 55th out of 69 journals in ISI's Urology and Nephrology category.
Hemodialysis International is published quarterly and contains original papers on clinical and experimental topics related to dialysis in addition to the Annual Dialysis Conference Supplement.

Cranberries for treating urinary tract infections
A recent Cochrane Review found no evidence to prove the effects of cranberry juice or other cranberry products in treating urinary tract infections. Cranberries contain a substance that can prevent bacteria from sticking on the walls of the bladder, but further research is needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of cranberries on UTIs.
