Retrograde Intra-Renal Surgery is a procedure that is performed to remove the stone from Intra-Renal Region of Kidney. This is not an open procedure but with the help of fiberoptic endoscope, this procedure is performed per urethrally or in a retrograde manner. The scope is passed perurethrally to reach the Intra-renal region and then with the help of the crusher or laser probe, the stone gets crushed and removed with the help of grasper.
