Kidney Stone Diet Plan, Urinary Stone Prevention - Dos & Don'ts
A kidney stone is a hard mass that forms from crystals in the urine.

The most common kidney stones are calcium oxalate stones and uric acid stones.

To avoid kidney stones, eat a normal calcium diet of 1000mg per day. Calcium and oxalate-rich foods must be taken together during a meal. Hence, they are more likely to bind to one another in the gastrointestinal tract before the kidneys begin processing. Therefore, there are fewer chances that kidney stones will form.

Let's look at the diet for preventing calcium oxalate stones.
