What are Toxins?

A toxin is a chemical or poison that is known to have harmful effects on the body.

Toxins can come from:

A poor diet

Food additives

Pesticides

Pollution

Cigarette smoke

Alcohol

Caffeine

Our body brings in toxins and then processes those toxins through organs like liver and kidneys; and eliminate them in the form of sweat, urine, and feces.

Harmful Effects of the Toxins

As these toxins build up in our system, a number of health problems can occur:

Weight gain

Cellulite formation

Headaches

Dull skin

Bloating

Fatigue

Lowered immunity

Body aches and pains

A general lack of wellbeing
