Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, and teach your children to do the same.

That's not very helpful. Should I be sleeping all day? Can I go out and party till 6am? Should I eat or starve? What should I eat?

washing ur mouth with saline or salt solution is much effective..

i think any cold thing may cause bad situation of tonsils & inflammation
