Causes of Tonsillitis

The most common cause is bacterial or viral infection. It can spread from person to person by coughing and sneezing. Adults who have some form of immunodeficiency e.g. HIV infected will get Tonsillitis. Taking antibiotics which destroys the normal flora of organisms in the mouth. Uncontrolled diabetes is another cause.

washing ur mouth with saline or salt solution is much effective..

i think any cold thing may cause bad situation of tonsils & inflammation
