In case a woman is on a course of hormone therapy then there could be some amount of bleeding from vagina which could be anticipated. Nearly twenty from a hundred females that experience irregular bleeding post menopause have been found to have endometrial cancer. Weight loss without any effort taken could be one of the symptoms of endometrial cancer among women who are in the advanced or later stages of endometrial cancer.
