There is a strict consideration of the type of foods to be eaten in every phase.
Phase 1 will include protein rich foods like chicken, turkey, eggs, shellfish, ham, fat free cheese, tofu, peanuts and leafy and green vegetables. All carbohydrates will be stopped.
Phase 2 This will include all the above plus low glycaemic index carbohydrate foods. This way the weight loss continues. There will be a moderate and slow inclusion of carbohydrate foods.
Phase 3 this phase will include everything. It will be dominated by proper foods which have healthy combinations of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. A liberal phase and self controlled.Foods avoided – sugars, rice, pasta, tuber vegetables (potato, carrot etc), pastries, ice cream, bread, baked products, cheese and all cereals.
