When we are young, our body clocks tend to run a bit slow, and hence when they don’t get the right signals, they cause a Delayed Circadian Rhythm Disorder. As we grow old and mature, our body clocks tend to speed up, causing Advanced Circadian Rhythm Disorder. The different changes in rhythm, for various disorders are discussed below: 1. Posted on: 02/24/2009 I have delayed sleep phase syndrome (fall asleep around 3am)and wonder what jobs others with same problem have as I can no longer do the 9-5 office thing...its killing me! Love to get some ideas about alternate industries...thanks so much!
