1. Post-Partum - after delivery of the baby 2. Miscarriage – abortion 3. Ectopic Pregnancy - pregnancy that exists outside the uterus, in the tube or ovary 4. Placenta Previa - placenta that lies in the lower portion of the uterus, covering the mouth of the uterus 5. Abruptio Placentae - premature separation of the placenta from its attachment to the uterine bed 6. Cervical Incompetence - Opening up of the passage of mouth of the uterus or the cervix leading to possibility of abortion or premature delivery 7. Pre-eclamptic Toxemia - occurrence of high blood pressure, swelling of the feet and protein in the urine- Blood pressure returning to normal once baby is delivered |

Posted on: 02/09/2013 Hi, my Wife is 12 Weeks pregnant but the doc says baby is growing normally except the brain and is suggesting us to get it aborted coz maybe the baby would be mentally abnormal after birth, i really dont know what to do coz this is first pregnancy and we took opinions from 3 Docs all say the same!!!
