Low calorie foods aren't the only solution to loosing weight, but one needs to follow a nutritionally balanced diet so as to shed kilograms the right way.

People who are interested in going on a low calorie diet should first consult a dietician. A low calorie diet is any diet that allows 800 to 1000 calories or less in a day.


Individuals who usually go on such a diet are very overweight or suffer from severe obesity. Children, adolescents, and pregnant women should not go on this diet. Dieters usually lose 2 to 3kgs per week or a total of about 30kgs in 12 weeks. The specifics of the diet are hard to describe as the diet mainly depends on your individual needs.

hi ,

i am 80 kgs with 5.5' tall

actually after my preganancy i have put on 15 kgs which i am unabel to reduce please suggest me the diet .

Actually my weight is 65 kg i need to consume 800 calories in a day so can u suggest me some diet plan what all i have to eat during the whole day.
