THIS IS TO INFORM THAT I WORK IN MERCHANT NAVY AND MY WORKING TIMES ARE VERY IRREGULAR. THEREFORE I DO NOT GET SOMETIMES ENOUGH TIME TO SLEEP AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY, ONLY FOR A SHORT DURATION THEREBY MAKING ME LAZY AND CHANGING MY APETITE. THESE CONDITIONS HERE CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR SURE, THEREFORE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO HAVE GOOD SLEEP AT ANY GIVEN TIME
