You're such a young man. Why do you want to spoil your life, buddy?Smoking, drinking etc interferes with appetite[testosterone, fertility]. Very recently, one of my friend's husband has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. His lungs are not functioning properly. Right now he is on ventilation and undergoing Chemotherapy as it has already reached Advanced stage! One of my friend is a Hematologist and is the doctor for this guy. They have a 10 yr old boy. He has been smoking for years, messing up his body. His chances are pretty slim. You want to take out your stress? Go for a walk. Enjoy the nature. Life is precious. Enjoy life positively. You're underweight for your height! Body has an internal clock and all body organs function and coordinate smoothly. Don't mess up with that. You will pay a high price. Wish you goodluck in making positive changes in your lifestyle.
