Thank you for this very simple way of giving information about your topic. A layman like me can easily understand it.I am on maintenance dose for high blood pressure; so, I am very much concerned. I am also on low salt and fat diet. I am now 65 but very hopeful I will be Ok. - Mrs. Niceras J. Geron of Tuguegarao City, Philippines

DASH is fine enough. but will somebody please tell me, what is a serving... i mean in terms of spoons or cups...
