I know how to get my blood-sugar 'up' when it is very low, like 2.8 I was hot and sweaty, but I also go the other way to have my monitor flashing 'keytones' when it hits 16.1, but how do I get it 'down' when it is so high? Bonnie

You should look at Glycemic Index of foods, this index tells you how foods affect your blood sugar. I would suggest you limit your carb intake as well. Eating low carb can really help your fasting blood sugar.
