Posted on: 04/12/2012 I have had spondylosis for 28 years. I have tried everything. I was told by a chiropracter to take glucosamine and continue its use indefinately. I now have really bad pain down my left arm due to pressure on a nerve. I have been like this for as long as i can remember. The pain is so severe it has now caused my left forefinger to twist inwards. Is there anything that can be done? Would really welcome any information

Posted on: 09/05/2011 My recent cervical spine x-ray says "loss of lordosis". I am suffering from severe pain from neck/shoulders till mid back. I also have dizzy feeling while walking. My physician tells me not to take pain killers as they create problems to lever, kidney etc. When I do neck exercises, the pain increases considerably. I use very thin pillow for sleeping. I work on computer from 9 am to 3.30 pm. I am using high back chair. I am totally confused and suffering from severe pain and dizziness.

Posted on: 12/02/2010 I have Cervical Spondulosis as well as Lumber. In Cervical I have 2 chairs are affected and in Lumber also 2 chairs are affected. These problems are with me for last 15 years. But I have controlled them nicely by doing exercises which I devised myself and not as per Doctor's or Pysio's advise. They always tell you to move your head on left and right in upright position. This is my humble advise to everybody that don't do this exercise in the upright position. That spoils your cervical chairs further. The same exercise should be done while you lay on your back so the weight of your head does not crush your fleshy chairs which are in beteen vertibras. Do all exercises of the back while lying on the hard bed or floor but in very slow motion. Never give additional weight or pressure. Wish you best of luck.
