In the 18th Century Spain there used to exist a divination to foretell or discover a woman’s personality by looking at her breasts called ‘Sternomancy’ It relied on looking at the bumps from breasts to belly. Though not much is known about this art, it is possible that men may have dominated this strange art and this may have been one excuse for them to undress a pretty woman. This section may not be factual but has been included to give you some intriguing insights into the minds of people who thought of this concept. It also indicates the pre-occupation with this part of the female anatomy. In Sternomancy there were the following breast types - • Very Curvaceous, firm and tight Breasts • Round Breasts • Pear Shaped Breasts • Triangular Breasts • Breast like an egg plant • Breasts with erect nipples • Breasts with retracted nipples So what would be your personality if you had one of these breast types read on if you are interested ... Very Curvaceous, firm and tight breasts - were described to be like a spring board i.e. they were ready to pop out. If you have this breast type you have a keen brain, are hard working but you are unlikely to make it to the top. However you would make a good faithful wife and be good in bed. Round breasts – may make you frigid and you may find it difficult to attain orgasm. Usually very clever you are ready to try different postures in bed and make a good housewife. Pear shaped breasts- You will dominate your man as you are independent and have a strong mind and you are also good in bed and enjoy sex. Triangular breasts – You are the liberated one who is beyond the convention and make great actresses or even hookers if you so desire. You can easily have quite a few partners in a day without batting an eyelid. Breasts that are tubular or resembling egg – plant i.e. conical – You enjoy life and dominate your man and love to have sex. Women who have erect nipples all the time are the dominating type. They love kinky and oral sex and love to get on top of men. They are usually very generous at heart. Women with small, retracted nipples - Their mind is always at work and calculating the next move; they play their cards very close to their chest! They seldom tell you what they are thinking. They however can help fulfill their partner’s sex fantasies! |

Posted on: 04/12/2012 I don't really know how to categorize my breasts based on what they provided, but that's because I fit more than one criteria. Mine are large and I don't know my actual cup size but it's around C/D, sagging, and I don't know if this is quite tubular shaped but they are definitely more rounded. I feel like mine is a very special case being that I can't find a single bra that fits me good so I resort to sports bras and they still don't fit that well. I also have this white mark on one of my breasts that I've had since birth. Every once in a while, I feel this sharp pain in my breasts that feels like my nipples are getting squeezed real hard and it really hurts. Around the areola, I see these white things and when I squeeze them, it pops out and it looks like puss. My left is bigger than my right and the areolas are much larger in comparison to my nipples. When I squeeze my breasts, I feel these lumps in both of them. They're very big and it hurts a lot. My breasts also make me hunch. I'm 19 years old but I've wanted to talk about this for a while. I didn't know who to talk to and I was embarrassed because my sisters always made fun of how big and weird looking they are. When I look at my sister's breasts, they fit under the perfect breast shape category and I always say why can't mine be normal looking like hers? I can't go anywhere without a bra and my sister can go out with tight shirts not wearing a bra and she looks fine. So I'd really like some advice, if you may.

Posted on: 04/01/2012 The idea that there is a "perfect" breast size/shape is offensive and just plain wrong. Aesthetics are in the eye of the beholder. Every breast featured in that article is beautiful in its own way, and I mean that sincerely. A healthy breast is a perfect breast, and that's the truth. Love your body for what you have.
At 25 years of age with a pair of small, slightly tubular breasts, I haven't always loved what I have. But I've learned to, because they are my small, tubular, slightly uneven, pleasantly sensitive, cancer-free, no-bra-required, soft, nurturing, warm and inviting breasts, and even when they start to sag, even when they lose their density, and even when they're full of wrinkles and eventually darker hair, they will still be my breasts. My moon-given feminine crests.
And yours will be, too. Cherish them, be grateful for their health if they have it, and don't buy in the the "perfect breast" hype!

I have, in the past, considered surgery to make my breasts look "perfect" because I have lost 57 lbs. and they don't look the same (I am now a "swooping breast"). But after talking with my husband and reading your WONDERFUL post, I am feel much more womanly and more proud of what I have to offer than I ever have before. I do NOT want surgery anymore. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!! :) |

Posted on: 02/25/2012 oh an one more thing i just wanna know if my symptoms are normal. and both areolas are different sizes. The skin under the abnormal one is scrunched up it looks red and smooth. It looks like it hasn't had time to actually grow out. What's actually WRONG with it.

Posted on: 02/25/2012 I'm 13, and my breast are different shape and cup size. My left one is normal sized and a 32b,but my right one is the Pectus Excavatum shaped one. I am constantly having to having to pull it up in my bra and usually it hurts. I've been to the doctor,the hospital,and will have 2 more appointments next week and in may. They said even if the abnormal one does grow it will grow the same way,facing downward. Some they will never be symmetric basically. What is a good way to fix them perminenttally

Posted on: 01/19/2012 That is normal. More so than people think. I have the same issue and I am now 25 and a mother of two. It is hard as a young girl to feel ok with your body and if it helps they do sell inserts for your bra to make them appear the same size. The best advice I can tell you is if your mom or mother figure is around talk with her and see if she can help get you something to make you feel more comfortable. You need not worry about it to much you are perfect the way you are! Mine are still asymmetric but they can catch up to each other. |

Posted on: 11/12/2011 I am 20 years old now, my breasts are noticeably different sizes, the right one is smaller than the left, but not by too much.
[They look like thick slime that spills over the side of a bowl.]
The nipples are at the bottom almost pointing back at me but more inward towards each other.
Nipples are soft and small (barely out)
My breasts are covered in stretch marks
the bottom portion of my breasts around the nipples are often wrinkled and the nipple often gets lost in the wrinkles
on the top of my right breast i sometimes get this bump that looks like a stretched out pimple but its soft and if i poke it it sinks easily its goes away after a few days
this time i squeeze it and some puss or thick lymph like stuff came out with a little blood and clear lymph i think
My breasts are very squishie and soft so i can feel lumps when i squeeze them but its towards the ends so im sure its just that part where milk is made
the top is very much flat so i just feel my chest
and the sides are squishie so beyond a lil layer its just a hard side.
I don't really know what normal is but im so used to comparing my family and friends to myself i feel insecure. Within the last 2 years though i have gotten a lil more comfortable but have begun thinking/wondering if everything was normal about me. every once in a while ill get this pain in my breast that just feels like needles. it doesn't happen to often but it still makes me question if everything is alright. i haven't seen a doctor since my 6th grade physical and i was just a little kid then just getting my first hair sign of maturity. |

Posted on: 09/04/2011 hi i am 44years of age and allways had small breasts i wont go to swimming i wont wear clothes that show off my breasts they have got me down all my life .i did go see my doctor few years ago and he said nothing wrong just small but it effects me a lot ,i would say my breasts are of no shape as they not big enough, i dont have finance to get boob job but i would get one in a min if had the chance, never felt a complete woman.

Posted on: 02/28/2012 I have the same problem, I'm 18 and my boobs barely fill an A cup. Not only that but they are kinda saggy and really far apart form each other. I won't have sex with my shirt off and I have to make up excuses to my boyfriend as of why. I stuff my bra every single day, and I won't go swimming.Both my nipples also look different from each other.. It sucks and I know this is going to sound selfish but I want breast implants ore than any thing in the world.

Posted on: 03/01/2012 Small breasts tend to have more space between them there is still a chance that they will grow by age 20 or so. just look at your moms breasts her moms and your dads moms. When it comes to you and your boyfriend you shouldent stuff your bra, it has the same effect as a man stuffing his pants, when the cloaths do finally come off you only gonna be dissapointed/embarrased. with your boyfriend be open about your insecurites and when your ready the shirt will come off. when it really comes down to it most men dont care unless thats their fettish they just want something to grab squish and poke. i have/had the same issue as you. my breasts are different sized-on the small side. they are odd shaped and i would never let my boyfriend near them. The worst thing you can do though is let that insecurity stan in your way and you coverup the real you. im not saying anything agenst breast implants if that is what you really want but make sure you really want them when it comes down to it and make sure whoever you are with is ok with it too. you just shouldent fake anything untill then. if someone cant accept you for who you are because of something physical then they dont deserve you |
