• Dear conerned, my mother is severly suffering from back pain which starts from back of the neck to low back the pain also migtrates to arm which causes irritation all around the back. she is not able to sleep, sit for long time.she already wearing neck belt. feeling uneasy to do any work.her mind is restless and every time she is in tension. could you suggest how to prevent this and what type of medication can we follow.
