Measuring the Basal Body Temperature to Predict Ovulation Time |

This is another popular method and special thermometers are available to chart the body temperature and to know about the time of ovulation. By charting the basal body temperature (BBT) it will let you chart the higher temperatures of the body during the ovulation time, Helpful hints to have an accurate ovulation temperature chart:  Use a special thermometer for this purpose. Measure the body temperature soon after getting up from the bed Always if possible measure the temperature at the same time everyday. Maybe using a daily alarm might help for this purpose. Temperatures can be affected by consumption of alcohol, smoking cigarettes and a fever or the fluThe temperature normally is usually 370,Celsus or 98.60 Fahrenheit. A rise in temperature of 0.4 to 1.0 degrees Fahrenheit will indicate that your ovulation time. If the ovulation chart is maintained for three months one can see an emerging pattern and can quite accurately tell you the time of ovulation and the best time of conception. |
